  • The aim is to improve audio quality for agents with a good internet connection, allowing for a clearer experience.
  • The setting only applies to wolkvox Agent in its desktop version, as the web version always uses the "HD - 128K Bandwidth" quality by default.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To change the audio quality of an agent in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:

  • Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
  • Locate the agent whose audio quality you want to change. You can use the search field by entering their agent ID or name.
  • Right click on the agent and select "Edit Agent Information".
  • In the pop-up window, go to the Audio Quality tab.
  • Select one of the following options depending on the agent's needs:
    • HD - 128K Bandwidth (High quality, requires more bandwidth).
    • Good - 26K Bandwidth (Standard quality, balanced for most connections).
    • Normal – 16K Bandwidth (Lowest quality, recommended for connections with bandwidth limitations).
  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

💡 Note: If the agent uses wolkvox Agent in web version, this setting will not apply, since the default audio quality is HD - 128K Bandwidth without the possibility of change.
