Introduction
It is allowed to customize wolkvox CRM with my company's logo so that users can visually identify the organization they are managing, improving brand consistency within the platform.
wolkvox CRM allows you to configure your company's logo, which will be prominently displayed in the platform's main menu. This functionality is essential for interface personalization, ensuring that users visually connect with the company's corporate identity from the moment they log in.
The configuration is simple and requires the URL of an image that is publicly hosted, allowing a preview before applying the changes to ensure the logo is displayed correctly.
Configuration
To configure your company's logo in wolkvox CRM, follow these simple steps:
Accessing the Company Detail Configuration section
- In the left sidebar menu of wolkvox CRM, click the "Configuration" button (gear icon).
- Then, access the "General" tab.
- Within the "General" section, click the "Company Detail" sub-tab.
- In the designated field, paste the URL where the image you want to use as a logo is hosted. Make sure the URL is public and accessible.
- In the section below the URL field, you can preview the image you have added. This allows you to verify that the image loads correctly and looks as expected.
- Once you are satisfied with the preview and the URL, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Configure the company logo
The configured image will be located in the platform's main menu, on the left sidebar of the wolkvox CRM interface.
