To enable or disable an agent in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:
- Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
- Locate the agent you want to modify. You can search for them by agent ID or name.
- Right click on the agent and select "Edit Agent Information".
- In the Basic Information tab, locate the "Status" option.
- From the drop-down menu, select the desired option:
- "Active": The agent will be able to log in and operate normally.
- "Inactive": The agent will not be able to access wolkvox Agent until it is reactivated.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
💡 Note: If an agent is inactive, their information will remain in the system, but they will not be able to receive calls or manage interactions until they are activated again.
