You need to activate or deactivate an agent in wolkvox Manager to allow or restrict their access to the platform.

Context / Scenarios

  • A new agent has been created, but they should not log in yet until their training is complete.
  • It is required to temporarily disable an agent without removing it from the system.
  • An agent that was disabled needs to be operational again and needs access to wolkvox Agent.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To enable or disable an agent in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:

  • Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
  • Locate the agent you want to modify. You can search for them by agent ID or name.
  • Right click on the agent and select "Edit Agent Information".
  • In the Basic Information tab, locate the "Status" option.
  • From the drop-down menu, select the desired option:
    • "Active": The agent will be able to log in and operate normally.
    • "Inactive": The agent will not be able to access wolkvox Agent until it is reactivated.
  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.

💡 Note: If an agent is inactive, their information will remain in the system, but they will not be able to receive calls or manage interactions until they are activated again.
