Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
The number of agents you can create in wolkvox Manager depends on the number of licenses purchased for your operation. Each agent created on the platform occupies one active license.
To check how many agents you can create:
- Enter wolkvox Manager.
- In the left side menu, go to Agents & Skills > Agents.
- Check how many agents are registered in the table and compare it with the total number of contracted licenses.
If you have reached the limit and need to add more agents, you can:
- Disable agents who no longer use the platform to free up licenses.
- Contact wolkvox to expand the number of available licenses.
💡 Note: A disabled agent still counts towards the total number of users created, so if you need to free up a license, it is recommended to reuse disabled users instead of creating new ones.
