Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The "7. AMD Detail" report, available in the Campaigns tab of the reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to review the details of records processed by the AMD (Answering Machine Detection) functionality. This report is used to check, record by record, which contact was analyzed by the answering machine detection system, which campaign it belongs to, which phone number was evaluated, what the internal identifier of the audio associated with the analysis was, and whether the system determined that the call was answered by a machine or a person.

Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select 'All' to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • CUSTOMER_ID: Identification number of the customer associated with the record analyzed by AMD.
  • CAMPAIGN_ID: Identification number of the campaign to which the evaluated record belongs.
  • FILE_NAME: Internal identifier of the audio file processed by the AMD system. This value corresponds to the name under which the system registered the audio associated with the analysis and allows relating that processing within the answering machine detection service. According to the functional context, this identifier is associated with the audio that the system retains for analysis or AMD training processes.
  • TELEPHONE: Phone number of the customer evaluated by the AMD functionality.
  • RESULT: Result of the analysis performed by the automatic answering machine recognition functionality. This column can show the following values:
    • MACHINE: The call was identified as answered by a machine or answering machine.
    • HUMAN: The call was identified as answered by a person.
  • DATE: Date and time when the AMD processing analysis or result was recorded.
