Default Value for Toggle Fields in wolkvox CRM
An improvement has been incorporated into the CRM module configuration that allows defining a default value for toggle-type fields.
This functionality expands control over record creation in each CRM module, allowing the toggle to be set to ON or OFF from the moment the user opens a form.
The behavior is secure and controlled:
- It does not modify existing data, overwrite historical values, or affect previously created records.
- The default value only applies to future new record creation.

- Greater automation in forms: Allows certain toggles to start activated or deactivated according to business rules.
- Data standardization: Reduces manual errors and ensures consistency in information capture.
- Flexibility without risk: The improvement does not alter saved information or have retroactive impacts.
- Optimization of user work: Fewer clicks, more precision, and more agile workflows.
Configuration
- Select Add Field or edit an existing one.
- In the "Type" selector, choose the "Toggle" option.
- Once the Toggle type is selected:
- Activate or deactivate the default value using the OFF / ON toggle.
- This value will be the initial state of the field when a user creates a new record.
- Important: Changing this value does not affect current records or previously saved values in the database.
- Click "Confirm" to save the field configuration in the module.

Attachment Preview in wolkvox CRM
Now, wolkvox CRM allows opening and viewing attached files directly from the browser, without the need to download them first.
This functionality incorporates an integrated viewer that detects the file type and shows an immediate preview, speeding up the review of documents, images, reports, and material sent by clients or agents.
The preview works for the most commonly used file types in operations and support, maintaining a smooth, secure, and fully integrated CRM experience.
Files with preview enabled:
- Images: jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tiff
- Documents: pdf, csv, doc, docx, xls, xlsx
- Multimedia: mp3, mp4
Files that cannot be previewed (download only for compatibility reasons): wmv, wma, avi, mov, zip, 7z, rar, heic, heif, wap, bpm.

Viewing Attachments in a CRM Record
Within any module containing fields of type "Attachments", uploaded files will be displayed in a list with options to view, download, or delete, depending on the user's permissions.
Attachment Interface: When a user clicks on the "view" icon (👁), the system will open the integrated viewer in a modal window, without leaving the record.

When selecting a compatible file, the preview will automatically open, where the user can:
- Navigate between pages (in the case of PDFs or long documents).
- Use zoom.
- Download if required.
- Close the window to return to the record.

Preview Conditions
- If the format is compatible: The preview opens.
- If the format is not compatible: The file is automatically downloaded.
