Bulk Email Resend in wolkvox CRM
A new Bulk Email Resend functionality has been incorporated into the wolkvox CRM email module, designed to quickly and efficiently resend messages that could not be sent correctly from the outbox.
This tool automates the identification of resendable emails, allows selecting the resend mode (automatic or manual), and executes the process in the background, sending notifications to the user at the start and end of the operation.
With this improvement, companies avoid losing important communications and reduce the operational time spent resending emails one by one.

- Operational flexibility: Allows choosing between resending all resendable emails or making a manual selection.
Configuration
- In the left sidebar menu, enter the email module (inbox icon).
- There you will find the "Bulk Resend" option at the top.

- A window will open where you must define the date range (maximum 31 days).
- Then click on "Search Emails".
- The system will automatically search for all emails that were not sent and meet the conditions to be resent.

- The system will show:
- Total emails found.
- Their status.
- The reason they failed.
- If they are suitable for resending.
- You can choose between:
- Automatic (all): Resend all resendable emails from the period.
- Manual selection: Choose only specific emails.
- Select the emails if using manual mode.
- Click on "Start Bulk Resend".

A confirmation will appear indicating that the process will be carried out in the background and that you will receive notification emails.

Upon completion of the process, the system will send an email detailing:
- Total number sent.
- Number successfully resent.
- Number with errors.
- Total execution time.
- Date range processed.
