This tool facilitates the configuration of fields within modules, streamlining the customization process and adapting them to the specific needs of each user. Artificial intelligence is currently focused on field configuration, allowing for greater efficiency and accuracy in form creation.

How to use it?
Service activation
1| Access the Wolkvox CRM settings from the left-hand side menu.
2| Go to the "Users" tab
3| Then, to "Profiles".
4| Select a profile and go to the "Administrator" tab.

5| Go to the "Administrator" section.
6| Activate the "AI Assistant for Modules" checkbutton.
7| Click "Edit" to save your changes.

Creating modules with AI
1| Go to the Wolkvox CRM settings.
2| Go to the "Customize" tab.
3| Select "AI Assistant for Modules".
4| Use the text input field to describe the fields and features you want in your module.
5| Click "Generate" to have the AI configure the fields according to your specifications.

6| You can continue sending messages to the AI if you need to, in order to adjust or modify fields you're not satisfied with.
7| Review the "Prompt History" to see previous prompts and adjust as needed.
8| Review the preview to see how the fields in your new module will look.

9| Once you're satisfied with the settings, click "Create Form."

10| Complete the module details in the modal window (Name, plural, singular, and icon), click "Create," and confirm the module creation.

Editing modules with AI
1| Go to the Wolkvox CRM settings.
2| Go to the "Customize" tab.
3| Select "Modules and Fields."
4| Select the module you want to edit.

5| Go to the "Fields" section.
6| Use the "Edit Module with AI" section to make additional adjustments using prompts. You can even include field name changes.
7| Review the "Preview" to make sure the fields are configured correctly. You can also manually modify each field's properties (except the field name).

8| Use the text input field to provide the prompt for the artificial intelligence. Then, click "Generate" to send the prompt.
9| The prompt history will appear once you use the "Generate" button after entering a prompt. If you're satisfied with the modifications made by the artificial intelligence, click "Edit" to apply and save the changes.
