We've updated the Wolkvox CRM login interface to offer a more modern and user-friendly experience. Key changes include:

Mailvox Access Control
It's now possible to grant Mailvox access to any type of user profile in Mailvox CRM. With this new update, administrators can define which user profiles within the CRM will have access to an integrated Mailvox account, ensuring more efficient and controlled use of corporate email.

- Click the "Permissions" button on the desired account.

- Select the user profile you want to grant access to the Mailvox-integrated account you've selected.
- Click "+" to add the profile to the list of profiles that have access.

- The profile will be listed in the table below.
- Click "Confirm" to save your changes.

Users with the added profile will now be able to log in to their integrated Mailvox account. Users with a profile that hasn't been added will not be able to see the selectable options in the account drop-down menu.

Collaborative case editing
The "All users can edit" option has been added to user profiles within wolkvox CRM. This feature allows all users with this permission enabled to edit case information in the Cases module, regardless of who is assigned to the case.
Collaborative case editing facilitates more flexible and efficient management, adapting to different business models and operational needs.

Users with the "All users can edit" permission enabled will have the "Save" button enabled to apply changes made to any case information.

New "wolkvox CRM BI" tool
CRM BI, a new Business Intelligence (BI) feature, has been implemented for the Cases module in wolkvox CRM. This tool allows you to consolidate, structure, and analyze case information to facilitate the development of detailed queries and reports.
Initially, CRM BI will be available for the Cases module, but its expansion to other modules will be evaluated in the future.

CRM BI Configuration
When you launch CRM BI for the first time, you are presented with two configuration options:
- Quick Setup: Automatically creates the basic structure without the need to manually select fields.
- Custom Settings: Allows you to select up to 10 additional fields to include in your reports.

Steps for custom configuration:
- In the "Type" field, select the type of cases you want to analyze.
- Under "Select fields (maximum 10)", choose up to 10 custom fields from the Cases module.
- Under "Selected Fields", the fields chosen for the BI report will be listed.
- Click "Create Configuration" to complete the process.

Access to Configuration Information
- Token.
- Server.
- NIT User.
- Updated (date and time of last update).
Each field has a "Copy" button to make it easy to copy its values.

Download and Setup in Power BI
- Download the Power BI template in ".pbix" by clicking "Download Template" in wolkvox CRM.
- Open the file in Power BI. It will load test data initially.
- To set up the connection to real data, go to "Transform Data" on the Power BI Home ribbon.
- In the window that opens, replace the values for Token, Server and Client (where "Client" corresponds to the "User NIT").
- Click "Close and Apply."
- Once configured correctly, data will begin loading automatically.

Automatic Data Update
- Frequency: Information is automatically updated every 20 minutes.
- In Wolkvox CRM, the "Download Template" button will display an indicator with the number of downloads made.
- The "Updated" field in wolkvox CRM will reflect the last date and time the data was updated from the server.
Automatic Cleaning of Custom Fields in Collections
It's now possible to configure automatic deletion of custom fields in the wolkvox CRM Collections module. This feature allows you to parameterize the deletion of data entered in the file and obligation fields, ensuring that the information is reset every time a new transaction is performed.

Configuring Automatic Field Cleanup
To activate this option, a user with the profile specified to configure modules in wolkvox CRM must follow these steps:
- Go to "Settings" of wolkvox CRM.
- Go to Customize ➡️ Modules and Fields ➡️ Collections ➡️ Default.
- In the "Actions" section, click "Settings."
- Activate the "Clear Fields" button (toggle switch).

Selecting Fields to Clean
When you activate the option, two drop-down lists will appear where you can select the fields that will be automatically emptied with each new transaction:

- Allows you to choose the custom fields created in the collection record overview.

How Automatic Cleaning Works
- Custom fields selected in these lists will be automatically cleared each time an agent saves information for a collection record.
- This way, when an agent initiates a new transaction, the fields will be **blank**, ready to receive updated and relevant information.
