I need to export the information displayed in a table in a wolkvox CRM module to an Excel file, including only records that meet certain search or filter criteria. I'd also like to understand the possible errors that may arise during the download and how to resolve them.

The wolkvox CRM modules allow you to view and manage large volumes of information in table format. To facilitate the analysis and external management of this data, a "Download Excel with filter" button has been implemented.

This button exports the information currently visible in the table to an Excel file. If filters have been applied (via the "Search" button or predefined filters), the downloaded file will contain only the records that match those filters. The "Total" field value in the interface will always indicate the total number of records available in the module or the number of filtered records, and the Excel download will reflect this number.

Prerequisite: For the "Download Excel with Filter" button to be visible and functional, your user profile must have the "Download" permission enabled in the system settings.

Possible error scenarios during download:

• Attempting to download an extremely large volume of data.
• The internet connection is unstable or slow.
• Not having the proper permission to download.

1. Download Excel with filter:
   1. Go to the wolkvox CRM module from which you want to export information.
   2. If you want to download all records available in the module, skip this step. If you need to export only a subset of the data, use the "Search" button or the available filtering options to apply the desired criteria. Verify that the "Total" field updates with the number of records you want to download.
   3. Click the download icon (represented by a downward-pointing arrow over a line, similar to an outbox) in the top toolbar of the data table. This is the "Download Excel with Filter" button.
   4. The system will begin generating and downloading the Excel file with the visible or filtered data.
2. Troubleshooting common error messages: If you encounter any of the following error messages during the download process, follow these steps to resolve them:
   1. Error message: “Error, data limit reached 30 megabytes”
      • Cause: The generated Excel file exceeds the maximum allowed size of 30 MB.
      • Solution: Apply more specific filters in the wolkvox CRM module to reduce the amount of data you attempt to download. Try splitting the download into smaller files if you need all the information.
   2. Error message: “Record limit exceeded (Max. 30,000 records per file)”
      • Cause: The number of records you are trying to export exceeds the limit of 30,000 records per file.
      • Solution: Use additional filters to reduce the number of records included in the download. It may be helpful to filter by date ranges, specific types, statuses, etc., to obtain multiple, smaller files.
   3. Error message: “Error, memory limit reached. Further data filtering required.”
      • Cause: The amount of data the system is trying to process for the download exceeds the available memory on the server.
      • Solution: Further refine your search filters to reduce the amount of data you want to export. This error is similar to the previous ones in your solution, as a smaller amount of data will require less memory.
