Introduction

The "Start" component in routing points of the 'CRM + Webhook + Cron + AutoQAi + wvx Copilot' type allows you to configure automated tasks that run at specific time intervals. This is useful for performing periodic actions without manual intervention, such as data updates, sending notifications, information synchronization, and more.

 

Configuration

  1. Accessing the Home component:
    • Open a routing point of type 'CRM + Webhook + Cron + AutoQAi + wvx Copilot'.
    • Drag the “Home” component to the workspace and double-left-click on it.
  2. “Cron” field settings:
    • In the right-hand settings panel, you'll find the "Cron" field with a drop-down menu.
    • This field allows you to select how often the automated task will run.
    • Configuration options:
      • no: The task will not be executed automatically.
      • 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 6 min, 10 min, 12 min, 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, 60 min, 120 min, 180 min, 240 min, 360 min, 480 min, 720 min, 1440 min: The task will run automatically at the selected time interval. For example, if you select "5 min," the task will run every 5 minutes.
  3. Save settings:
    • Once you have selected the desired frequency, save the settings to apply the changes.
