I need a more efficient way to identify emails that weren't sent correctly and be able to resend them from within Wolkvox CRM, without having to recreate the entire message, to ensure important communications reach their recipients.

wolkvox CRM has improved its Outbox functionality with the implementation of two key new features: a filter to identify failed emails and the ability to resend them. These improvements are designed to streamline email communication management and ensure more effective follow-up.

This new feature aims to provide users with greater visibility and control over the status of their mail shipments, enabling rapid corrective action when an email doesn't reach its destination.

 

Important considerations

  • Forwarding Limitations: The content of the original email cannot be modified when forwarding.
  • Individual Forwarding: Only one email can be forwarded at a time.

 

Answer (Solution / Recommendation)

To use the new email filtering and forwarding features in the wolkvox CRM Outbox, follow these steps:

 

Access the Outbox

In the left-hand menu of wolkvox CRM, select the button with the email icon to access the "Outbox."

 

 

Use the “Failed Emails” Filter

  • Once in the Outbox, locate the "Select Fields" field.
  • Click on this field and select the "Failed Emails" option from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the "Search" button to apply the filter.
  • The table will only show emails that the system has marked as unsent.

 

 

Forward an Email

  • After filtering or finding the email you want to forward in your Outbox, click on the email to view its details.
  • In the detailed view of the email, you will find a button called "Send Again."
  • Click this button to attempt to resend the email notification to the original recipients.

 

 

Additional considerations for forwarding

  • The "Resend" button will attempt to resend the email as it was originally sent, without allowing any changes to the content or recipients.
  • You'll need to forward each email individually, as mass forwarding isn't possible.
