Automatic Validation of Law 2300 in wolkvox Manager Campaigns

Law 2300 of 2023 aims to strengthen consumers’ right to privacy in Colombia by establishing clear conditions regarding channels, schedules, frequency, and consent for entities to contact users.

With this update, wolkvox Manager incorporates an automatic validation module that applies the controls stipulated by Law 2300 for campaigns carried out through the Virtual Agent channel (or any configured channel), ensuring that campaigns comply with the regulation’s guidelines: permitted schedules, authorized channels, one interaction per day, one channel per week, exclusions, consent, etc.

This functionality standardizes regulatory controls that already existed for voice, SMS, and email, and applies them to digital channels used in automated campaigns. This reduces the risk of non-compliance penalties, improves campaign traceability and auditing, and guarantees adherence to regulations for operations in Colombia or for those wishing to activate it internationally under the law’s guidelines.

Contacts will be made within the permitted schedule (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; no contact on Sundays or holidays). If the customer has already been contacted that day or through another channel during the same week, the platform will block or postpone the campaign according to the rules you defined.

Configuration

1. Open the configuration panel of the “Create Documents” component.
2. In the “Content” field, adjust the HTML code as needed.

3. In the “PDF Password” field, enter the key that will protect the document.
   1. This option encrypts the file and restricts its opening to authorized users.
   2. You can use a variable containing an alphanumeric value to set it as the document password.
